Keith Hoskins, from Parkville, Missouri, graduated from Missouri Western State College in 1988 with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. After completing aviation indoctrination in June 1989, he was commissioned an ensign and he earned his wings of gold in February 1992.

      During his naval career, Keith has served with the Bureau of Naval Personnel; Strike-Fighter Squadron 106 (VFA-106); Strike-Fighter Squadron 86 (VFA-86) deployed aboard USS America (CV-66) and USS George Washington (CVN-73); and Strike-Fighter Squadron 106 (VFA-106).
